 On edit....customer service was great and they sent me a new one to replace the one in orbit. This one flies exactly as advertised and the kids will love this Christmas present! For that I am adding stars!

Well this was short lived. We followed all the directions including the calibration and it would only hover for a second then take off at high speed straight up or sideways. We tried everything but it kept planting itself on the ceiling or if it hit hard enough it would crash down. After crashing into the Christmas village and breaking a valuable piece we took it outside under the large patio. After more attempts to figure it out it went sideways the wrong direction and then up up and away. It was last seen headed north east until completely out of sight. We only had it long enough to charge it up and attempt to figure it out. Total waste of money and it is gone.
