Before Christmas I ordered 2 Air Hog Vectron Wave toys from TOYWIZ.com through Amazon. I received them promptly. While reviewing the invoice I noticed that the return policy was a bit unreasonable (no returns if opened). This policy was not mentioned in the ordering process. I had been seeing the commercials often on TV which made the toy to appear to be alot of fun. I trusted this company and Amazon to deliver a quality product, so I opened one of the packages very carefully and prepared the toy exactly according to instructions, just to be sure that it was functional before giving to my grandaughter. This toy performs NOTHING like it is depicted on TV. I turned it on after charging and it flew straight up to the ceiling and stayed there until I turned it off.

After trying repeatedly to get it to work as depicted without success, I concluded that this toy is junk--expensive junk. I contacted Amazon first to talk about returning the 2 Vectron Waves, since that was where I ordered from, but got no help from them, and was told to contact TOYWIZ. I called TOYWIZ and spoke to a very rude woman who could not have cared less if I was unhappy with the toys or not. All she did was quote to me the return policy several times.
